Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to become an educated woman. She is the perfect woman today to can do everything. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. She hosts a talk show as well as also produces the show. Perpetual Motion, as she is known by many people. Marilu Henner's whole life is a testimony to the power of her approach to health. Her belief is that good health can make you do anything. But not always. While she was still a teenager her weight climbed significantly. She always felt sick and ate emotional. She was aware that, when her parents were dying in their forties, her mother of complications due to arthritis and her dad from a cardiac arrest--that she needed to take a proactive approach to her overall health. It was not about dieting but about health and the ability to live a life in a way that allowed the body was designed to function. She is the main character on CBS's sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she portrays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstairs neighbor who owns and operates the cleaning services.
