Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, an American screen and stage actress who is best well-known for her films as a character in Ray Undercover Brother and on the TV show The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue l. Ellis is an American producer and actress who has performed in theatre as well as television and film productions also, has been present across both sides of the screen. Her stage debut was in the year 2000 and went onto appear in mainstream, independent, and TV series. She became famous as Miranda Shaw, a character on ABC's Quantico. The BET's amazing series The Book of Negroes she was a character. In addition, she get praise from critics for her role but was also awarded and nominations. She began her career acting in 1995 as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. Alongside the Broadway production Come and Gone, she is also credited in Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. Her film work is highlighted by her performances on Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. On television, her part in the ABC's crime drama High Incident is well known.
