Jana Kramer, an actor and songwriter, who specialises in country music and songwriting, gained fame on television after she was cast as Alex in the third and final seasons of One Tree Hill. The show featured her in a number of episodes as a new country music artist. This helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. The follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. Over the past decade, she appeared as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as well in TV movies and a number of television programs. She also released some singles which did not appear on albums.
